Aromatherapy is the method of healing and improving the body by massaging, inhalation and baths using the mixture of aromatic oils that is obtained from herbs.

Aromatherapy is used for releasing stress and tiredness, relaxing both body and mind, skin care, sleeping disorders and as aphrodisiac for centuries.

There are different beneficial methods using aromatic oils.

Aromatherapy methods:

Massage: It is a common and effective method. It influences the senses of touch and smell. It helps to penetrate the oils easily. When massaging, the warmth of the skin-on-skin friction make oils smell stronger, which causes quicker therapeutic benefits to both body and mind.

Baths: By adding a few drops of aromatic oils into a tub of hot water, the evaporation and triggering of the healing effect could be noticed.

Inhalation: Aromatic oils which are benefical to brealth apply by inhalation after adding a few drops into the hot water.

Room Vaporisers: Aromatic oils are evaporated with the use of a candle to scent the room.

Personal Care Products: Aromatic oils are used for personal care products as fragrance and because of beneficial effect on the skin.
